As Senior Director of Design, I lead the international vertical for Paramount+, directing a multidisciplinary team of 30+ designers, working cross functionally with product managers, engineering and marketing across 33 regional markets.

By architecting the commerce frameworks for Ad-Supported tiers and global 'Hard Bundles,' we’ve optimized the end-to-end user journey—from content discovery on the home screen to seamless subscription conversion.

This strategic focus on monetization helped drive a 4.3M subscriber increase in a single quarter.
